United Asia Finance ("UA") is honored to be awarded in “Partner Employer Award 2017/18” for the 2nd consecutive year in recognition of the support and dedicated commitment in offering employment and internship opportunities to the graduates of local universities or vocational institutions.

Launched in 2010, the “Partner Employer Award” is organized by The Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business with an aim to show appreciation to those local enterprises which support and offer job opportunities to different groups of target including fresh graduates of local universities, persons with disabilities, the retrained, rehabilitated offenders and ethnic minorities. Simultaneously, it also aims to encourage SMEs to demonstrate Corporate Social Responsibility by taking part in the building of an inclusive society.

UA has been making effort in nurturing the workforce for new generation by offering assistance and opportunities to enhance their start of career path. In 2014, UA has launched the Graduate Trainee Programme to offer chances for those local university graduates to build valuable knowledge, skills and work experiences who aspire to pursue their career in the consumer finance industry with comprehensive on-the-job trainings and clear career path. UA aims to help the Graduate Trainees to develop an enthusiastic and positive working attitude in the start-up stage of career, and in return the trainees might also bring new insight to the company that might be fresh and beneficial for the business in the new age. Moreover, UA also support and provide job opportunities to ethnic minorities to enable they can obtain fair chance to learn and develop their talents on work and this can contribute their parts for the prosperity of Hong Kong.
