United Asia Finance ("UAF") was awarded the certificate of “Partner Employer Award 2016/17” in recognition of our dedicated commitment in offering employment and internship opportunities to the graduates of local universities or vocational institutions.

The “Partner Employer Award” is organized by The Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business since 2010, aiming to show appreciation to those local enterprises which contribute to the community. It also encourages SMEs to demonstrate their Corporate Social Responsibility by providing job opportunities to different parties such as fresh graduates of local universities, persons with disabilities, the retrained, rehabilitated offenders and ethnic minorities. The award is committed to fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility and enhance an inclusive society. 

UAF has been sparing no efforts in nurturing the young workforce and helping them to develop their career paths. Since 2014, UAF has introduced the Graduate Trainee Programme to provide on-the-job trainings for local university graduates who aim at pursuing their career in the consumer finance industry. UAF has helped the Graduate Trainees to build up a positive working attitude while the trainees can bring new inspirations to the company which are beneficial to the long term development of the business. In addition, UAF also hires lots of ethnic minorities, in helping them to develop their talents and learn the best work practice at the same time.
