ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme was launched by Employees Retraining Board (“ERB”), an independent statutory body, in 2009 with an aim to recognize organizations demonstrating outstanding achievements in manpower training and development. Those qualified organizations after thorough assessment are accredited as Manpower Developers.

United Asia Finance Limited (“UAF”) was first accredited as Manpower Developer (“MD”) by ERB in 2012 for the recognition of its sustainable outstanding achievement and commitment in manpower training and development. In 2016, UAF passed the assessment and was awarded as MD again, affirming the past and continuous effort made on manpower training and development. In the coming days, UAF will continue to provide more manpower training for the staff to further uplift their performances and potential.
