United Asia Finance (Jinan) Limited (“United Asia Finance (Jinan)”) has started business on September 25 in Lixia district of Jinan City, it is the first ever foreign investment on loan industry in Jinan.
United Asia Finance (Jinan) is the 15th subsidiary company of United Asia Finance Limited in Mainland China. Investment is induced by Lixia District Bureau of Merchants and strongly supported by many bureaus such as Lixia District Government, Finance Service Office, Bureau of Merchants, Bureau of Industry and Commerce, Microfinance Industry Association, etc.
The Chairman, Mr. Akihiro Nagahara expressed that, “Similar to other small loan companies, our services are targeted to individual customers and SME owners including ‘SME Loan’, 'Property Loan', 'Car Owner Loan', 'Business Loan' and 'Personal Loan'. Our product edge is ‘No pledge and No guarantee’ for any loan application.”
United Asia Finance (Jinan) is the first foreign-owned small loan company in Shandong Province which is based in Lixia to serve the whole Jian City. “No pledge and No guarantee” is a breakthrough of the traditional loan model in Jinan and provides a new financing option to the individual customers and SME owners.
