United Asia Finance signed Memorandum of Understanding with 58.com
United Asia Finance (“UAF”) and 58.com (the “Parties”) have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Beijing for the internet financial services on July 7. The services included promotion and sales, database sharing and trans-regional financial cooperation. The Parties intend to develop a long-term strategic co-operation and partnership in internet financial services including providing clients with greater diversification and customisation from online to offline (“O2O”) internet financial services, as well as helping clients to access broader financing channels by way of a joint force in internet financial services and products delivery. The Parties will use the internet platform of 58.com for promotion of UAF’s business. The Parties would also explore sharing and leveraging on their respective database to promote and market tailored products to their customers and to develop peer to peer (“P2P”) loans business, internet business and other business opportunities. 58.com was established in 2005. The monthly unique visitor has exceeded two hundred million now, with the largest classified advertising platform in Mainland China, covering 380 cities. UAF is the largest foreign-owned small loan business company in Mainland China, having more than 110 branches operated in 15 cities.
