Terms and Conditions for Members-Get-Members Program

1. To be eligible to participate in the program, the Introducer must be our customers of United Asia Finance Limited ("UAF"). Staff of UAF are not eligible to participate in this program.
2. Introducer should not enter into or sign any agreement with referee and should not charge, recover, demand or receive any fees, charges, reward or consideration from referee for or in relation to the application of the loan.
3. To be entitled to the rewards, the Introducer must make a successful referral of new customer (who have not maintained any accounts with UAF) and fulfills the following requirements ("Successful Referral"):
   i. The Introducer must send his/her unique Referral Code to Referees; and
   ii. The Referee must provide/input a valid Referral Code upon submission of application and his/her loan account has been successfully drawdown; and
   iii. The Introducer and the Referee shall not be the same person.
   For applications submit via other channels, Introducer and Referee will not be entitled to the Referral Reward.
4. The Introducer would be rewarded in accordance with various loan products (i.e. designated Personal Loan, Revolving Loan and Property Owner's Loan) and loan amount drawdown by the Referee (Capped at HK$3,000 for supermarket coupon) or up to HK$500 upon Revolving Loan account opening (a joint account will be treated as one application only).
5. The Referee would be rewarded HK$300 supermarket coupon or cash rebate upon the successful drawdown (a joint account will be treated as one application only).
6. Supermarket coupon reward will be credited to eligible customers in the form of Bonus Points. For example: HK$100 coupon reward will be converted to 16,000 Bonus Points, HK$200 coupon reward will be converted to 32,000 Bonus Points and so on.
7. The referral source is based upon first-come-first-served basis. For any repeated referrals, eligibility will be granted to the earliest referral application received by UAF.
8. The Introducer/Referee must have a good repayment record in order to enjoy the referral reward.
9. UAF reserves the right to inform the Referee on the identity of Introducer.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
11. The information collected will be kept confidential by UAF and may be used by UAF for such purposes as set out in the Policy Statement relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. For more details, please refer to UAF's website.
12. UAF has absolute discretion in the loan approval decision.
13. UAF reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions (including but not limited to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this Referral Program, Referral Rewards, Promotion Period) and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
